Location shines through the chaos
The location near the river was lovely. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which helped make up for the shortcomings.
The overall condition of the room left much to be desired. The mattress was hard, and several amenities, like a coffee maker, were missing. It was like the hotel hadn't been updated in some time.

The hotel had a decent position, right off highway. Booked a room on first level.

Location was excellent and value for the price was very good. Customer service was fine, but nothing outstanding.
Facility and rooms need an upgrade. Things were broken but repaired. Coffee and coffee maker are optional so please be sure to ask for it when checking in. Breakfast wasn't much (pastries and coffee) but I didn't expect much.

The location was fantastic, just over the Willamette Bridge 🚶♂️ The room was clean, but definitely in need of some updates. Not worth the price we paid.

Very clean and quiet. Very close to many restaurants for walking.

Nothing about the facility is enjoyable..staff lack care or warmth..Become defensive when asked about electricity going off in am..
Beds were boards and likely the same ones they had in the 60s. The carpets ripped and frayed. The only chair was ripped in seat upholstery and soiled. The bathroom had mold and lights were dim in all rooms with burned out bulbs. No electricity for morning. no one answered desk phone..when I went to desk he was kicked back reading...

location by the river, walking path, scenic view
Improved safety measures needed!!! Must address cleanliness issues, like dirty floors and stained furniture!!! An extra chair would enhance comfort, as only a desk chair is available!!!

Was hoping for a room closer to the river. Also not too happy about a bar being in the same parking lot.

Decent option for a mini-break over the weekend in Corvallis with real value for money. We appreciated the riverside location for an early morning coffee by the water. Just be careful of the cleanliness and bring your own essentials.

The final verdict on this
The room was reasonably priced and had essentials like a fridge and microwave. Its proximity to downtown shopping and a peaceful walking path along the river was a delight, despite the initial discomfort from the evening's surroundings. Decent for a budget stay with room for improvement in upkeep.
